On some days, the best way to make sense of life
is to stop thinking.
Pause your mind,
take a walk and unwind,
listen to the trees rustling,
the birds chirping and cawing,
and kids' laughter.
Listen to the sounds of life.
Breathe in the fresh air,
feel the worries and confusion
seep out of your bones.
On the days when life feels like the eye of a storm,
take a walk outside and look at the sun.
Remind yourself that He is always there
even if you don't see Him.
