Poem #239 Time the judge

Time is an unfair track judge,

his rules are never the same,

one day the race is a marathon

the next it's a sprint.

You never know what you are going to get.

Fortunately, every once-in-a-blue-moon

time hangs up the stopwatch

and gives everyone a moment to breathe. Don't let this chance pass you by

seize it,

use it to train.

So that the next race time

puts on, you'll be ready for whatever he throws at you.
